I have had a life changing experience with working with Bethany. Really digging deep into how our identity is created and how it plays out into all our connections with everyone we know is so interesting. The self-identity work was not easy, but boy did it open my eyes. In this experience, it allowed me to build a deeper connection with God, knowing he’s always been there and always will be. Bethany was always there when I needed help working through my identity process. She was always one phone call or text away. The scriptures she suggested to read in the Bible always resonated with where I was at along my journey. This whole process has brought me a sense of peace that I’ve been longing for, for a long time. This doesn’t mean that some days aren’t hard but building a deeper connection with God and I now know He is with me as I work through it. I am not alone. I’m so thankful to have taken this opportunity. It has changed my life.
I’ve been in traditional counseling my entire life. At 50, I was still struggling with some of the same old patterns and behaviors of self-sabotage. The very first time I had my discovery call with Bethany, I knew instantly that I had to get involved with her coaching. In traditional therapy, there always seems to be an invisible barrier because therapists rarely share anything about themselves. Bethany has been completely transparent about what she struggled with and overcame after years of searching and studying for answers. She can pinpoint things about you with gleaming clarity, and it is breathtaking when she points out things that I thought should have been so obvious to me. Not only is she helping me heal decades of pain, but she is also helping me in my professional life. Bethany has such a kind spirit and makes the space feel so safe. She’s been able to help me become keenly aware of myself and it’s astonishing how much she’s helped me!
Bethany has a beautiful way of incorporating the power of prayer, love, and the Holy Spirit into her practice that allows you to not only see it from your perspective, but from the views of others and the God. She shows kindness, empathy, understanding, but encourages myself to think of things from a different perspective that incorporates a positive and impactful change on my life. I feel the triumphs that she has faced of her own, had lead her to not only understand, but relate and make such an insightful impact to help others. She is able to provide compassion and grace, which has promoted forgives of myself and others around me. I thought I had done the “healing” I needed, but by allowing her to coach me through, I realize I hadn’t even debunked the root of it. Now, the healing has truly begun. I can never thank her enough for the impact and positive change she has influenced on my life. I encourage everyone to allow yourself to see the goodness she can provide.
