Breath of Life:
For the woman who is tired of surviving and ready to finally exhale.
This is a 4-week live experience for the woman who’s braced without realizing it, worn out in a way rest doesn’t touch, spiritually dry even though she still loves God, and tired of pushing past what hurts because stopping has never felt like an option. This is a place to slow down, notice what’s actually happening inside you, and start meeting God from somewhere more honest than the version of you that has it together.
What Breath of Life Is…
This is your first step.
Breath of Life Invitation is a 4-week live experience where we slow down and begin paying attention to what’s actually happening inside of you — the real version, the one that is hiding under the polished version, the one that knows all the right words — yeah, that one. The one that has learned to keep it all together.
This isn’t about fixing your whole life in four weeks. It’s the first step, the first real breath, where we begin to notice.
We will begin to name what hurts, begin to understand what safety feels like and what it doesn’t. We will begin to stop skimming past the pain and let God meet you in the places you usually rush past.
Who It’s For
Breath of Life Invitation is for you if…
-
you can’t seem to settle, even when there’s nothing left to do
-
you keep functioning while something inside you feels tight, off, braced
-
you’re tired of surviving, tired of pushing through like it’s the only option
-
you love God, and yet somehow He still feels far away
-
you’ve gotten really good at looking fine while your body stays clenched, tired, and on edge
-
you don’t have words for everything yet, but you know you can’t keep living like this
-
you want a safe place to ask the hard questions out loud
-
you want the promises of God to feel real in your actual life, not just sound nice on paper
If you’re waiting until you can explain all of it perfectly before you take a first step — stop there. You don’t need perfect words to begin. You just need enough honesty to admit something needs attention.
What We’ll Do Together
Over four weeks, inside this live experience, we will:
Slow down. So you can actually start hearing what’s happening inside you, instead of skimming past it the way you always have.
Notice what feels safe and what doesn’t. So you can begin understanding how your body and your inner world learned to respond to pressure, pain, and disconnection — because they did learn it somewhere, and it’s not too late to learn something different.
Name the ache underneath the busyness. So what’s been living under the surface, quietly, for longer than you’d like to admit, can finally start coming into the light.
Stay with pain instead of instantly overriding it. So you can stop rushing to shut down, numb out, spiritualize it away, or move on before you’ve actually let it land.
Invite the life and presence of Christ into what hurts. So this becomes more than insight. It becomes a real place of encounter — not information about God, but God Himself, meeting you there.
What This is Not
We begin by slowing down and returning to the truth that your presence is a sacred offering. We start at the beginning with the God who formed you, sees you, and breathes life where there has been strain, striving, or disconnection.
Week Two: The Body as Invitation
We begin noticing what your body has been carrying. Instead of rushing past what you feel, we stay with it. We make room for the possibility that your body is not getting in the way of connection with God. It may be the place where He is meeting you.
Week Three: Hope in the Middle
We look at hope not as pretending things are fine, but as the steady presence of God in the middle of what feels unresolved, hard, or unfinished.
Week Four:
We begin gathering what has surfaced and making room for a different way of living. Not by forcing change, but by staying present long enough to recognize what God is doing and how to keep walking with Him from this more honest place.
What This is Not
This is not more pressure.
This is not polished Christian language that sounds nice in the moment and evaporates the second you close the tab.
This is not a place where you need to arrive with the right words, or the verse already picked out, or your feelings already sorted into neat categories.
This is not a performance-based space — nobody’s grading how well you hold it together here.
This is not a quick fix.
This is a guided first step for the woman who knows she can’t keep living braced, shut down, numb, overextended, or spiritually dry — the woman who’s worn that version of herself like a badge for far too long, and is ready to take it off.
What You’ll Leave With
By the end of Breath of Life Invitation, you will have:
More awareness of what’s actually happening inside you, underneath the functioning
Language for some of the ache, tension, shutdown, and disconnection you’ve been carrying and calling something else
A clearer sense of what safety actually feels like in your body, and what doesn’t
A more honest way of being with God — not the polished version, the real one
A first experience of slowing down without immediately overriding what’s real
A stronger foundation for the deeper work still ahead
You’re not coming here to finish everything. You’re coming here to stop brushing past yourself, and finally begin.

Why Now
Let’s be honest — you can keep going like you always have. I did, for longer than I’d like to admit. If I could go back, I would. At times, I didn’t want to keep going, keep serving, keep producing, but I didn’t know what else to do. I tried it all — the Bible studies, the self-help, the podcasts, the positive thinking. What I didn’t try was slowing down long enough to breathe, until life became suffocating to the point of no return.
You don’t have to wait until everything falls apart to take yourself seriously. You don’t need to keep calling shutdown peace, or busyness normal. You don’t have to keep pushing past what hurts and hoping that eventually it stops asking for attention. It won’t. It’ll just get louder, and heavier, and harder to name.
This is your invitation to begin now.

FAQs
Is this therapy? No. This is a faith-rooted, guided live experience designed to help you slow down, notice what is happening inside you, and begin engaging your inner world with more honesty and care.
What if I do not have words for what I am feeling? That is okay. A lot of women come in knowing something is off but not knowing how to name it yet. You do not need perfect words to begin.
What if I feel nervous about joining? That makes sense. I was nervous too. A lot of women are used to staying strong, staying busy, and keeping things moving — beginning something honest can feel vulnerable. You don’t need to show up polished. You just need to show up willing.
What if I am not sure this is for me? If you are tired of surviving, tired of feeling braced all the time, tired of feeling spiritually dry or disconnected, and ready for a real first step, this was built for you.
Is this the full journey? No. Breath of Life Invitation is the first step. It helps you slow down, notice what is happening, and begin. It is not meant to do everything. It is meant to help you start.
You do not need to keep living like this.
